after all this bauhaus business, i've been getting a bit fed up of all the linear(-ness?) and i feel like shaking things up a bit! and what could be further from the bauhaus than this: the jumbled, the raw, the downright gritty. this is it - the soundtrack to the latin backstreets..but not really...let's be honest...

i've always thought that 'Favela' would be a cool theme for a party..but maybe i'm wrong. i mentioned this on a recent trip to portugal and was just given weird looks and people were forever alluding to my inappropriateness and suggested racism. i'm not sure...maybe i didn't express it right at the time...i still think it would be cool, no?
